See Your Recent and Missed Calls
Recents in the phone lists every call in and out on your numbers, newest first: who it was, whether it was missed and who took it. Call back in one tap, or open the conversation.
Recents is the phone's call history: every call in and out on your business's numbers, newest first, the way a phone's own Recents lists them.

- In the app: open the phone and tap Recents in the bar along the bottom. The calls take the keypad's place; tap Keypad to dial a number again.

Each call shows:
- Who it was with: the client's name and picture, or the number when no client has it.
- Whether it was Incoming, Outgoing or Missed, or On a call now while it is still up. Missed calls are in red.
- Who took it ("Taken by Ana"), for a call that came in and somebody answered.
- When it was.
Pick what to list above the calls:
- All: every call in and out.
- Missed: only the calls that came in and nobody took. A caller who hung up before anyone picked up counts as missed.
- Mine: only the calls you took or placed.
Show More loads older calls. The list updates by itself as calls start, are answered and end.

Who sees RecentsCopy a link to this section
Recents needs the Manage Conversations permission and the two-way inbox, the same as the inbox. A team member who sees only their own clients' conversations sees only their own clients' calls here too. Without permission to see clients' contact details, a call from a number no client has reads as unknown and can't be called back. See Who can message and spend credits.
In a location group whose shops share one receptionist line, a shop's Recents also lists the calls the line put through to it. Those appear the next time Recents is opened rather than as they ring.
