Get Your Clients Into the App

Clients who have your business in Perceny Go (or in your own branded app) book again in a couple of taps, see their visits and benefits, and get your reminders on their phone. Getting them there takes one code.

Open Features Configuration → Client Portal. Your Client Portal Code is six digits. Next to it are your app link (/j/<code>) and a QR code to print on the mirror, the counter or a business card. Your previous codes keep working, so a QR you already printed never breaks.

What a client sees when they open your linkCopy a link to this section

The link opens a page with your business and its code:

• On a phone with the app, Open in Perceny Go (or Open in App when you have your own) opens your business in the app.
• On a phone without it, the App Store and Google Play badges install it. A business with its own app offers that app; every other business offers Perceny Go.
• On a computer, the page shows a QR code to scan with the phone.

• Android: the business is added on its own the first time the app opens.
• iPhone: Apple carries nothing through an install, so the first time Perceny Go opens it asks for the code. The link page copies the code as the client taps the App Store badge, so Paste Code fills it in. They can also type it or scan your QR.
• A client who books with you on the web and later signs in to Perceny Go with the same phone number finds your business already on their list.

After booking online, the confirmation page also offers your app (or Perceny Go) with the same store badges.

Clients inviting friends and familyCopy a link to this section

On your business's page in the app, clients see an Invite Friends and Family card with your code, Share Link and Copy Code. Share at the top of the page sends the same link with the code. Under Account, Share Perceny Go (or your app's name) sends the App Store and Google Play links.

See which clients booked from the appCopy a link to this section

Bookings made in Perceny Go or your own app are attributed to the Mobile App source, with the app's name as the campaign, so your booking reports show how many clients book from each app. A campaign link that opened the app keeps its own attribution.

Once a client has opened the app a few times over a few days, it asks whether they enjoy it, at most once every four months. Rate the App opens the App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android.
