Pick a name and a tone (Warm and Friendly, Clear and Direct or Professional), write your own greeting, and choose a voice for each language. Percy translates conversations in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Chinese, Arabic and Hindi, and it speaks on the phone in English, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic and Polish. A Pronunciations list teaches it the names it would otherwise get wrong.
