Percy can book, reschedule and cancel appointments, update clients, look up gift cards and memberships, run reports, and build and publish workflows. Here is what booking an appointment looks like:
You: "Book Maria Lopez for a balayage with Ana on Saturday at 11."
Percy finds Maria, checks that Ana is free and posts the booking as its own message, a Confirm this change card with the client, service, professional, time and price. Nothing is booked until you press Confirm.
Once it is booked, Percy keeps the conversation going:
Percy: "Maria is booked for Saturday at 11 AM with Ana. Want me to add her toner to the same visit?"
Moving or cancelling works the same way: "Move Maria to Friday at 2" or "Cancel Jordan's 4 PM", then a confirmation card, then you decide.
