A reminder text is useful. A reminder that can answer "can we move it to 3?" and actually move it is a different thing entirely. That is what happens when Workflows and Percy work together.
One-way messages have a ceilingCopy a link to this section
Most salon automation sends a message and hopes. The client replies with a question, and that reply sits in someone's inbox until a person has a minute. By then, the moment has passed.
With Perceny, a workflow can hand the conversation to Percy. The client's answer goes to an assistant that knows your calendar, your services and your rules, and that can finish the job.
Four ways they team upCopy a link to this section
1. Missed call, called back. A client calls while you are mid-service. Turn on Call Back After a Missed Call (or the text-back version) and Percy returns the call, finds a time and books it. Each caller gets at most one per day.
2. Win-backs that book. A Win Back At-Risk Clients workflow sends a personal AI-Written Message. When the client replies "yes, Saturday?", a Hand to AI Assistant step lets Percy check availability and book, then send the deposit link if your rules ask for one.
3. Confirmations by voice. Confirm Unconfirmed Appointments has Percy call the clients who have not confirmed, 4 to 72 hours before (24 by default), with one attempt per appointment. A client who needs another time gets one right on the call.
4. Cancellations filled from the waitlist. Fill Cancellations From the Waitlist offers a freed slot to waitlisted clients one at a time, eight minutes apart, until someone takes it.
The built-in automatic calls and texts live under Automation & AI → AI Assistant → Automatic Calls & Texts, each switched off until you turn it on. For anything custom, add an AI Phone Call step to any workflow and describe its purpose in a sentence. Percy makes the call and reports how it went.

Your rules, every timeCopy a link to this section
Whether a client is talking to Percy because they called you, because a workflow reached out, or because they replied to a reminder, it is the same Percy: the same voice, the same hand-off topics, the same booking rules, the same quiet hours. AI calls and messages are paid from your messaging credits, only when they run.
What you needCopy a link to this section
- Workflows are included on Business and Elite.
- Percy is included on Elite. On Business, add Two-Way Messaging ($50/month).
That is the whole stack: automation that reaches out, and an assistant that can close the loop.
