Share Your Client Hub
One link for everything a client can do with you online: book, check in as a walk-in, join a membership, buy a gift card or fill a form, each one tap from paying or filling in.
The Client Hub is your front door on one page: the link to put in your Instagram bio, on a poster's QR code or at the end of a text. It wears your booking colors, your logo and your name, the same as your booking page, and lays out everything a client can do with you online under it.
What a client seesCopy a link to this section
From the top:
- Your logo, name and a line saying what the page is for. A chain's other locations show under the name.
- Book Now, unless online booking is off. It opens straight on choosing services (or a professional first, when you book that way): the hub already is the landing, so it is not shown twice. Back from the first step returns to the hub.
- Walk-In Check-In, when Allow Walk-In Check-In on Website is on: the same kiosk your website's walk-in button opens, to join today's line or check in.
- Memberships: every plan you sell online, with its price and billing cycle. Subscribe on a plan opens paying for that plan, or choosing the team member first when the plan lets the client pick. There is no second list to choose from.
- Gift Cards: a Personalized Gift Card row for any amount (unless Hide Personalized Gift Card from Website is on) and each gift card or package you sell. Buy on one opens paying for that card; Custom Amount opens the amount field ready to type. Back from paying lands on the list with the card ticked, which is where a client adds a second card.
- Forms: every form you share by link. Fill a Form opens the form right on the hub, and sending it brings the client back. A form that needs an account says so on its row.
- Your address (opening the client's map app), phone, email and social links.
A section only shows when you sell it online: turn on Disable Membership Purchase from Website or Disable Gift Card Purchase from Website and it is gone, with nothing loading in its place. If a list cannot load, its section says so and offers Retry; the rest of the hub still works.
A signed-in client is never asked for their details again: their name, email and phone fill in on their own, and paying offers their saved cards.
Share itCopy a link to this section
Open Share Links and choose Client Hub. Copy the link, share it, download its QR code or open it to see it as a client does. The link keeps the attribution you add to it, so a booking that started on the hub is counted against the link it came from.

The hub takes your booking page's colors: the booking section of your site theme in Business Settings, on the website settings (primary, secondary, background, font and card colors). Your logo is the one on your business profile. Change them once and the hub, the booking page and the gift card, membership and forms pages all follow.
