Website Settings

Every Perceny business gets a public website. This tab decides whether it exists and what it shows.

Enable Website — when off, your Perceny website returns a not-found page. Visitors are sent to your custom website instead if you have configured one.

Disable Booking from Website — the site stays up, but booking is not available from it.

Hide Services from Website — the service list is not displayed.

Hide Memberships from Website and Disable Membership Purchase from Website — hide memberships entirely, or show them without a Buy button.

Hide Personalized Gift Card from Website and Disable Gift Card Purchase from Website — the same pair for gift cards.

Allow Walk-In Check-In on Website — visitors can add themselves to the walk-in list from your site, not just from the kiosk. Useful when people check the wait before leaving home.

Tracking

Four fields feed your advertising:

Google Tag ID — one or more IDs like AW-123456789. You can add several to track across accounts.

Google Book Conversion Label — the complete conversion ID for bookings, in the full AW-123456789/AbCdEfGhIj format.

Google Walk-In Conversion Label — the same for walk-in conversions.

Meta Pixel ID — one or more Meta pixel IDs.

Add these before you start spending on ads, not after: conversions are not backfilled.

Terminal Pictures

The images your card reader shows between transactions. Upload your own to keep the reader on-brand while it is idle.

Device Slideshows

Full-screen slideshows for a kiosk or display device. Each slideshow has an Enabled switch and a Delete action. Use it for a price list, a promotion, or retail you want people to see while they wait.

Device Lock

Pins a device to one mode, so a client cannot wander out of the kiosk into the rest of Perceny. If your kiosk lives on an unattended tablet, this is not optional.

Competition Settings

Daily Leaderboard — shows a daily leaderboard ranking staff by the revenue they brought in.

Worth knowing what you are turning on: a leaderboard is a strong motivator in some rooms and a source of resentment in others, particularly where walk-ins are not distributed evenly. If you use it, pair it with Spread Any-Stylist bookings evenly so the ranking reflects work rather than queue position.
